Greetings everyone. Looks like Fr. Jake is on his way to hell. God Bless Him for taking this journey. I think he must be a sadomasochist or something. It's part of the religion. So are all my bishops.
the delegation from the Diocese of NY rocks. Jim Burns - his spirit is so calm you just want to share all your anxieties with him. Jerry Keucher - with enough common sense to make most vestries tremble. And Tobias. Conservatives just can't lay a hand on him. And the alternates are pretty good also, although I think they just want to go drink. My bishops - talented and excellent to a "t."
Whatever that means.
I think it means they have excellent t-shirts.
The cardinal gets tempted a bit too easily. The Romans really hate the idea of listening to women.
Especially my mom. All that nagging.
The Lord seems to be avoiding Andy Figueroa. He's probably with Brad Drell and Bishop Bennison. Brad, when I get to convention, I'll bring a couple Cubans, because that is exactly what Jesus would smoke.
Well, I think Jesus would smoke other things as well.
So I'm blogging here from Seabury, with a few new friends, about to walk to the lake. And while the devil does his work at convention, I will see what God has wrought upon the lake - a beautiful sky, wonderful water. The Lord is here among a few revisionists at Seabury (and a couple moderate people).
Oh, and I think Matt Kennedy is saying something. My prediction: his church would really like some "clarity." God bless him - trying to parse the dull into the interesting. I hope he likes Geneva. It's nice in the summer.
Yes, Stnad Firm is trying to say something, nothing new though, but I do think they are getting desperate - I was slammed on their blog yesterday for doing my son's ironing. I have confessed my sins and I will never pick an iron up again.

Heidi, I thought you acquitted yourself well.

Heeey! I see the words "to Hell" and imagine that they are linked to a General Convention site, but no, it goes to cityofcolumbus.org. I'll thank you not to diss our fair city. We *are* after all, "at the heart of it all". Or else it wouldn't say that on the bumper stickers...

Renee,
I have changed the link. My apologies. I think Ohio is a great state, and My friend Richard Burnett is at Trinity.
Peace!

Oh man ... I was just there for the SWTS graduation. Would've been nice to meet you in person.
Good luck with the D.Min program. Were you lucky enough to get a decent room, or did they cram you into one of those itty bitty cells?
